So how many hours do you all sit in front of computer(s) every day?  I must admit; I spend unhealthy hours in front of my machine.  I go to a gym to get my mind off (3 times a week), but still that's definitely enough.  60+ hours a week at least.  I'm afraid that I belong to the low end here, but ... uh, I'm curious to know.

I'm ashamed to say I'm the same way... Lately my family has been upset with me spending so much time on the computer, I think it's almost an addiction.

In fact, I'm going to try and not spend most of my day doing computer-related activities, unless it's to help out my mom with her business. I'm trying to limit myself to 3 hours max a day, but I'm having a hard time doing it.

Till I got this new job, I was considering the purchase of a potty chair.  I don't know how many hours, but it was as much as possible.  Now it is to a point I really miss it.  At least I can still get on here once in awhile.  Yippee, horrray for me!

Yeah, I know how that feels.. If you get away from your computer, all this chores start piling up, and when you finally get back around to doing anything about them you end up not wanting to do them at all Tongue

It took me a few weeks before I got all my e-mails and stuff settled out.

I hgave almost not used a computer for the last 5 weeks, now. But that's because I've been away on a holiday. Usually, I spend at least 5 hours a day in front of my PC.

That's good, honestly. I don't think I should be spending more than 4 hours a day, unless it's business related. I just get so involved, I forget about everything else.

I'm spending usually from 5 to 14 hours daily... but try to limit myself to lower this amount to 5-7 max but I'm afraid that this wouldn't be enough for me... there is so much to be done around Lips Sealed

There's something missing here: the balance between work and play.

I use a computer at work 7 hours a day but at home it's purely my own business/pleasure.

So Phoenix, you are at the computer for upto 14 hours a day with maybe 8 hours sleep. That leaves 2 hours for other stuff such as bath and shopping. Lol !!;-) Addict!!

How about limiting your time on the web to say 12 hours so your girl (and you) can get 2 hours quality time??
