These tips are pretty useless. I think it would be more helpful if you listed actual examples...
For instance, in order to use the Google Converter, one must specify the unit of measurement given and the measurement needed. Ex: type in 100 kg to lb in the Google search. The "to" is necessary if you want to use the Google calculator.

Also, it is clear to me that you did not read our basic forum rules and guidelines. Please read them here: http://forum.weblamp.net/index.php/topic,8404.0.html

This guy spammed the forums with lots of random questions to get their link published, so I wouldn't sweat too much over it.

Google document all these "tricks" at http://www.google.com/intl/en/help/features.html

Thanks for the link.

Andy, you may have an answer to this... is there a way to search several specified websites at once for the same keyword?

Thanks for the effort.

I tried what I thought would work (i.e. site:domain1.com, site:domain2.com, etc) and also did several searches for a program/script that would make this possible. No success; maybe there is no real need for it. In my case it would be helpful, but I am probably one of few...

Also, if you apply Adsense to your sites then consider adding a Google custom search widget on your site to replace the standard search tool that you may have in place. This will entail logging in to your Adsense account and getting the cut and paste code, then you will need to edit your website template. Sorry for the lack of step by step details, but I just wanted to let you know about this way to monetize search on your site.

Exactly! Thanks alot, Manu.

Also, thanks for the tips, Andy. I was going to add the Google custom search to my website earlier this week, but I they require something like a minimum of 700px for the search engine results (I think the content region of my website is about 300px). I will have to go ahead and create a custom page for it, not a big deal...

What the thing is needed you must be elaborating these are introducing new things and applications.
