Hoax or none hoax ?
Sky news say this is no hoax.
I'm guessing that it might be unidentified and it might be flying and it is an object, but is it from another world ?

I think it is an observation kite with video cameras at the front, held in position by lines from the ground. That would explain the droop of the wings and the viewing area in the center.

The light would be illumination from say the moon.

Why do aliens always have to hover in the sky? Why not just land and go walkabout to save fuel?

Or is this a flying saucer? That would make sense to produce artificial gravity.

Yes, i think i'd go with it being something man made.

I'm guessing that life on other planets does exist in some form, but i can't imagine any alien spacecraft coming all this way just to buzz a few cows and sheep and not to bother letting people know they are here. Also if aliens were advanced enough to fly all that way and didn't want us to know they were watching us. I'm sure they could avoid being detected.

Hmmm, i was just thinking about my post above and thought that if we (mankind) had the technology to fly to other planets what would we do ? Would we try to avoid detection ? We would be hopeless at it. Or would we head for the largest city and land on the biggest buildings lawn ? Sounds a bit risky to me. What do you think we would do ? Perhaps stick a flag in the nearest open space and claim the planet as now belonging to Earth.

It depends on what they look like. If they are a race of beautiful beings that seem cool, we would try and make friends, but if they are ugly grey things covered in slime etc. I guess we would probably try and take control of their planet?

Look at what happened on Earth when we discovered new lands with different people than ourselves. Space would be no different I think. But the difference in advancement and intelligence could be greater. Assuming intelligent life can live long enough without wiping itself out. It didn't take us long in the history of the universe to go from throwing flint stone spears as weapons to developing nuclear weapons. Also, we now have new diseases and super bugs.

I've watched the video several times and, to be honest, it doesn't look like much of anything to me. It doesn't appear to be moving. I could be wrong, but I imagine that a small flying/hovering device like that would have to compensate for high winds or bursts of hot rising air-- there would be some, even slight, indication of movement.

Also, the light refracts in such a way that its appearance seems very small, around the size of a model airplane.

You guys are all wrong, as usual. They do came on earth this time. They came on 21st Oct visited many place like London palace, Eiffel Tower and Taj Mahal etc.

How do I know about it? They visited me on 29th to say goodbye and said will visit again during Christmas time as their kids will have holidays at that time from their primary school.

How do you know what a real one looks like? That's the part I don't get.

I imagine that if aliens did visit Earth their "spaceship" would be a far cry from anything a primitive human could conjure up. Wink Hotdog and pancake shaped interstellar space vessels... you'd think they could do better than that.
