I think the key to success as a webmaster/business person is to be resilient. You have to be a loner and hide from the crowds, occasionally surfacing to appear normal. But in reality you are continually being slapped down by a shovel-wielding maniac.

It's like climbing a sand dune infested with scorpions with a rainbow near the top.

But what keeps me going is the satisfaction of accomplishment, of doing what I want to do and living my life the way I want to live it.

What am I saying here?

I was just thinking about how hard it is to go beyond the norm in life, every step is much more difficult than you expect, but if you keep pushing through the barriers, you get to where you want to be or die trying.

In a way it is good that success does not come too easily or quickly otherwise every man and his dog would be doing the same thing hope i get to where i want to be sooner rather than later.

Another thing holding us back may the reluctance to thing BIG? Lately I have been working on many small projects, but after talking with a friend last night he got me into the mindset to dedicate some time each week to a big mega project.

My son is developing a multi-player online game so I should help him with the web site and marketing I think.
