This guy bought this blog and has a record of turning cheap web real estate into hugely profitable assets that can be sold later for huge profits. It's great free info, and it's not too late to get up to speed with his first few posts. Follow his progress and learn what to do your self.

I think I have the ability to tell who is full of BS and who is worth learning from. So if after reading his post, tell me your opinion, is it hot info or a pile of BS ...

id say its going to be good info, hes not really selling anything and in return for a bit of advertising revenue hes helping you make money
he seems honest and makes for a interesting read
its not like the normal buy this book and youl get rich by creating a book like this yourself style of marketing
