I thought this was incredible the first time I saw it. The suit itself reminds me of the soaring apparatus of the flying squirrel. It seems the "design" is very similar. I am certain that the wingsuit designer must have received some sort of inspiration from natural surroundings (I guess this goes without saying many inventions are made this way.)

Warning: A few observers get excited towards the end of the video and share their enthusiasm with some foul language. It's fairly mild, but if anyone finds it offensive, I will simply remove the video.

looks very impressive, and totally surrealistic. I first thought it was a fake but with watching further and few related videos I start to believe that it's really possible.
I even wouldn't mind to try something like this myself, although I think that would hit with head into some mountain ahead of me Grin

Incredible! Some people have no fear. The backwards roll off the rock edge seemed reckless I thought. And the bit where he gets near the road. Imagine if you were driving along the road and saw these guys flying past and told people about it. People would think you were nuts.

If I were watching a live video, I would have been worried by all of their stunts. They did seem very dangerous.

I have to admit, it looks fun...

It does seem very dream-like to me. Every time I have imagined flying it has always been in ways similar to this.

I'm sure that most people wouldn't believe into this even when see it, I still can hardly believe that this is possible.
