As you are enjoying your holiday season treats, check the calorie count and if it is around 120 calories, this is how you can burn it off in under 10 minutes: http://www.weight-loss-tips.ws/burning-calories-fast/54/ It's me in the video  Grin

Thanks for your comment!

On YouTube it had 18 views so far and I noticed a few clicks to my website from YouTube. I didn't bother to brand the video since I have my site link at the top of the description.

p.s. I also get some traffic from the Google gadget that I made. So these new ways to get website traffic are working. Also, I submitted my blog to some relevant directories and I am getting some good traffic from these. Most traffic comes from another webmaster's blog at blogspot.com who linked to me. This is the Google-owned blog network. Max daily vistors is 64 so far.

This first video taught me some lessons, so hopefully I make incremental improvements with the next ones.

Oops, nearly forgot, links are counted on YouTube so here goes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ISfBz_z_6Y

nice video, Andy! I've enjoy watching it, it's good idea to let people experience how is it to burn calories and show that's really possible and could be even rewarding.
You already know this but I have to say it's once again that you live in a really beautiful place! It was such unusual to see leafs of Ginkgo Biloba laying just on the pavement in the beginning of the video, here we specially plan two trees to collect them for tea(it's help to improve memory with which I've got good troubles Wink ).

I also agree with Rachel that it would be good to put some comments about places you're running through, maybe stories of locals or at least just names of the area where you was so people may become more interested and start looking for more info about it on the web(It could work vice versa IMHO, as someone may look for this area and find your video).

BTW where are all people as for whole video I didn't see any live human except you, are they all on work or hide to make you film better video? Grin We live in small place but almost anywhere you'll always see a person and their presence frequently doesn't help in making landscape photos.

Also I wonder if camera was attached to your body or you keep it handheld, I know that it's hard but if it be more steady maybe video could look even better(as probably because of slow framerate camera shakes make it hard to watch on small objects, alternatively you may take a pause and film most interesting part not moving). That's just a thought how to make it better, it's my IMHO so don't take it close to heart Wink We're looking for continuation of videos from your trips!

I didn't speak much since I didn't know what the sound would be like with the mic facing away from me. But it still seems to work ok.

It is strange how few people you see in the country areas. They are all working, driving around in cars or indoors. I saw only 2 people (looking for plants to pick) and some cars on the road. It was around 11:00am

Anyway, I don't want to have people in the videos since they have a problem with being caught on camera.

Next time I will walk up the hill at a slower pace to make a video with less shake and more commentary. I already made the point about how to burn the calories so now I can make some videos that are likely to be popular in the educational categories of the video sharing sites. There are some great alternative routes I can take that show temples, park areas and houses.

Thanks. Over the past year I lost weight so hopefully the trend will continue. More press-ups and running should do the trick.
