hello,

There used to be a time when the only form of media was the newspaper.
Now I want daily news on technology. News from all over the world from different
publication by logging  in to one single site.

I think that the easiest way to achieve your task would be finding some RSS which meet your interests and subscribing to them, later you'll just need to start program and receive news from all sources automatically, so you can choose from them those which are interesting for you. Or such way wouldn't work for some reason?

Regarding sites which would have all in one I'm not sure it's exist, but here are few good sites about technology innovations and other related news:
http://www.news.com/
http://www.techweb.com/
There are also categories on bigger news sites which cover technology topics e.g. http://edition.cnn.com/TECH/
But I guess you're already may know above mentioned sites.

Let me know if RSS way wouldn't work to you for some reason.

Hello,

The site you gave me was very useful to me and during my research
I also found a site pressmart.net its an online medium where we find
world daily news in a digital edition.

www.pressmart.net, check it out and let me know your views.

I prefer RSS, since in an information overloaded age, I can very quickly check the latest headlines of sites and decide if I want to read the posts or not. Also, I can edit my list of RSS subscriptions very easily without logging in anywhere.

Subscribing to one source of news could mean that there is some bias as to what they choose to publish, especially if the news sources are all sponsored.

I've checked Pressmart and although it seems to take news from many sources I doesn't like it much since it's a bit of hard to read headlines there, there are duplicated ones like'"mPaper" The New Way to Read Your Favorite Newspaper'.
Also it seems to show old news from February 2007 along with news from this month, so it's not good sign for news company.

Just like Andy I prefer RSS feeds where I can subscribe exactly to the news which are interesting to me and can disable them anytime. It's also save on bandwidth and your time IMHO. And almost all biggest news sites gives you RSS option.
