Wish I could sleep at night but it's the only time I could make some extra job and work peacefully without disturbing, so usually I go to bed after 4:00A.M. but I'm trying to change this and start my sleep time a bit earlier.

I used to be on a better schedule, but it's hard when my family stays up so late. Now it's about 1-2:00AM. (Compared to when I used to go to bed about 10:00PM).

Most of the time through the week i go to bed about 11pm because i need to get up for work the next day, but sometimes i do stay up too long. Then on a weekend i go to bed when ever i want to. I don't have a problem sleeping, but on a weekend i can get more done when everyone else is asleep. BTW late at night is my best chance to watch any TV programs or films that my wife wouldn't want to watch. She doesn't like all the sci-fi stuff or anything scary.

not so bad, Rachel, I would be glad if had such schedule. Anyway right now I spend 6-8 clock sleeping so it's not too bad.

and again it's just like with me and Svetlana, she don't like series I'm watching. So in the night I watch recorded CSI and other programs.

I prefer to work in the mornings but usually end up going to bed late since my wife works late nights. Then I get up late and it's almost lunch time before I start work. My ideal bed time is 11pm but it can be up to 2am.

Since I'm retired I don't have a schedule to follow but it does seem I usually stay up late at night and then sleep late. This gives my wife the opportunity to do some stuff without me being around (time for herself)

I've always been a night owl who was forced to get up to be at work at 8 .am.   So
retiring was great for me!    Now it's 12 - 2 a.m. when I go to sleep, about 8 or even 9 when I get up.   Love it!
