Directories

I have 2 directories so far. One is a nice PR5 free directory at: http://www.urgentclick.com/directory/ Of course it has problems with spam but there is not a lot I can do about that. Then there is my static directory at: http://urgentclick.com/free-directory.html this is also PR5 but closed to new submissions. Now I am thinking to make this into a manually edited directory of really good resource sites and revamp the template.

It will be a cog in the wheels of my new Internet Empire I talked about on other threads. I feel sorry that I neglected this directory for so long but feel it deserves a makeover to harness all the PR and trust it gathered over the years and funnel traffic to deserving web sites.

For sure, I will be happy to list sites by regular forum contributors as long as they have good sites. Before I had a submit form but couldn't handle the volume of submission requests, that is why I moved to the other largely unregulated directory.

If the category page that you wish to be listed in is not indexed in Google or other search engines, then the page has no power to improve your site's link popularity. Because Google does not know about it, it cannot recognize that it is linking to you.
