what's the best opensource PHP CMS system?
I want to have a website of mine, but I know little about programmer,I want to have opensource PHP CMS system, which has the following feature:
1:opensource,so I can make minor customization.
2:it combine at news + forum function. For I need those two function.
3:popular, so I can get more support online.
4:fast speed and stable,  I have a dream that my site will be big one day.

Maybe it's like daydreaming and free lunch, but If there is really one match above feature, please tell me.
Thanks in advance.

hi there! Personally I never used CMS systems written by third parties as I prefer to write code myself so it suit my needs, it's pretty simple but do the job Smiley
Anyway if you like our forum maybe it's worth to look to CMS which are working in combination with SMF forums? Here are the link to them: http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?bridges
I'm choosing SMF for it's way of customization, community which is behind it and a number of mods which available for it.

Is it a good idea to combine everything into one? I tend to think it is better to spin out a forum, blog, content site etc. to separate domains or maybe sub domains.

I use www.Wordpress.org for most sites now. This script is aimed at blogs but you can customize the template and add plugins to make it work for most kinds of sites except forums.

For forums I would go with Simple Machines or vBulletin Even though I tried out a very basic script (bbPress) for my http://weightlossforum.urgentclick.com/ weight loss forum.
