I am finding that new sites with good traffic and search engine ranking are not showing any PR. Personally I am a fan of Google and feel ashamed when my sites show no PR and I know they are poised for high PR and don't like to be kept waiting in this limbo state for ages. It is like a Blue Peter badge or merit award to get PR just gimme  Grin

One is like a site within a PR6 site (blog). http://www.urgentclick.com/forum/ I would expect this to get PR5

The others are linked to from my other sites that have PR. The newer sites are less than 6 months old.

I am thinking that Google may have got tired of the whole PR thing.

I am not worried since there is traffic from search engines for the keywords.

Also, I see some people using Alexa rank as a measure of their site's importance. But I never consider this since it is due to web masters using the Alexa tool bar I think.

Get more links for that forum, submit it to directories, make your forum known

Alexa ranks can't be trusted. They use user inputs to calculate that rank.

Also, I'm not thinking to get higher PR, just more traffic Smiley from SE.
