I decided to try out Post it notes to remind me of things and stay organized. I tried spreadsheets and word processor documents but they don't work well for me. Paper notes work for current tasks but quickly get buried in new stuff. But post-its seem ideal. I can instantly write notes down and stick them to the wall in front of me.

What sparked this off was a case of information overload. Now all my ideas and projects can be outsourced from my brain to the wall  Grin

I've used it and in beginning it was working, but later my monitor start looking a bit weird Tongue I've just got too much tasks attached and stop checking them.
Now I have a big list of them in electronic format, there is special applet which let you have similar to post it notes but on your screen, this way you'll help nature by not wasting paper Grin

Anyway I still using post it notes but for short term tasks, I'm attaching them inside my wallet and write tasks to do or shoplist.

But who knows maybe this way would work for you.

So far I just have one on my wall listing my latest projects but I bought 200 post it notes so there is room for growth. There is just too much data on my computer so I think it is better to migrate some of it to physical form  Grin

I suggest using a wall rather than your monitor. Maybe I will post a picture of my system after I get my Air Con unit completed so it doesn't look bad.

wall is pretty far from me, I would hardly reach it with my hand and it's also not keep sticks well. But I may consider your way after viewing photographs.

do you mean that posses air conditioning inside wall? Just wonder as lately I've got problem of having stand air if windows are closed, but opening doesn't solve it as we've got wind and temperature sometimes differ a lot. Ionizer with HEPA filter helping but I don't think that using it all the time is good idea and it's also emit annoying noise so I was thinking about learning how this problem is solved in other countries.

Here is the wall featuring air con bracket, hole in the wall for the tubes to the external heat exchanger unit, calendar to record history and mark up-coming events and the 1st post-it note.

This is the internal air-con unit to be fitted to the wall:

aha, now I get it! I was thinking that you're installing some air circulation system, but you've got similar device as me which simply heat up or cool down internal air without any intake from outside.
Thanks for illustration!
