Once again would like to wish Happy Christmas to everyone who celebrate it!  Cheesy
Just wonder if anyone would like to share how do they spend Christmas day this year, or maybe tell about presents they got? Roll Eyes

A belated Merry Christmas to you.

I was at my parents for the holidays. My sister did not arrive until the day after Christmas so we waited to celebrate until she arrived.

On Christmas day my parents and I had a nice dinner of leg of lamb. It was a quiet day of relaxation more than anything.

When my sister arrived we had a nice dinner and opened our gifts. I have been teasing my parents asking them to purchase a motorcycle for me, knowing they could not afford to even if they wanted to. So the first gift I opened was a toy motorcycle. My mother told me that she didn't want to hear another word about getting a motorcycle. It was funny. I had requested amazon gift cards this year. I wanted to purchase a couple of lenses. My family was kind enough to provide them. I ordered a fish eye lense and a 500mm lense. I await their arrival.

Didn't do much over Christmas and the new year. Watched TV and DVDs and played scrabble with my wife.I didn't have much to drink, but couldn't stop myself going in the fridge and eating food. Hope i haven't put too much weight on. Anyway it's over now and all back to normal again.

Care for others

A lot of us do that without having to say so in public since it is a personal thing and not of much interest to people on a public forum. The same goes for giving money to charity, you don't tell people about that in my culture, you do it secretively and don't want others to know. It's a very private matter that you keep to your self for your own private satisfaction.

Telling about how you enjoyed a nice dinner with family and friends is of much more interest to people I think. Also, when you post photos of the nice meal or restaurant dishes is interesting to see.
