Hi, welcome to the computer-user's fitness zone.

Lately I had problems with back pain and found almost everybody I know has similar problems. But I have the answer.

You see, I only got a back problem after I quit doing some things and did some other things that caused the back problem.

1st off, let's define back pain:

It's when you get severe nerve pain that shoots into your lower back. Then you end up on the floor waiting for the pain to go away so you can stand up again.

What causes it:

Lifting heavy things with a bent back. Possibly early in the morning when you are not warmed up.
