   Hi all! I have a socket AM 2 motherboard with GeForce 6150 integrated video. Does anybody know any settings to get maximum performance?

Sorry can't help much. I would recommend that you fit enough system memory to avoid all the memory being used up by applications you may be running so it is worth fitting 1GB+ say.

I don't see why integrated video should be slower than a card using the same chipset unless it shares system memory. Actually, you might expect it to be faster since the signal paths will be shorter.

Try to tweak memory timings and ALWAYS use ForceWare optimizations and the latest drivers.
