Hi All
My name is kevin and I live in Batesville Arkansas
married 9 years with 2 children Amber my daughter will be 8 in june and my son ronald will be 5 in september
I use to work in a steel mill untill Aug of 2000
I suddenly lost my hearing one night and could no longer work there so im trying to start my own buisness on-line a gift shop i also do flea markets on the weekend
had my website built for me in march and it was up online on april 2 of this year for $495.00  is this cheap for my type of website? All i had to do was the text part started submitting to the engines 2 weeks ago and already listed top ten on 8 keywords and top 30 on 31 keywords   in msn & looksmart  ;Dstill need to get indexed in others
I found webmaster key in a post at web-talk while i was looking for tips and ideas for web promotion and im glad i did seems like a great group of people here & i think i'll make webmaster key my home forum

sorry to know you lost hearing and you can't work anymore, hope that your shop bringing you enough cash for life and hope that our community will help to work it better.

as for price, I'm not really familiar with prices on site building, but I think that if they take care of scripts and everything it could be fair one.

I have been hard of hearing most of my life It is tough
did'nt expect to lose all of it at the age of 27.
I still work but my choices are very limited  thats why I'm trying to start this site.

I veiwed your profile (phoenix) noticed you signed up on march first of last year so does it make it a year now for this forum?

Also was wondering about your user name "phoenix"
does it have anything to do with ( Phoenix Arizona )
That is the City & state I was born in

you're right, it's about a year... and probably date written in profile are correct one... few months later I move site to forum.weblamp.net you can check it here http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://forum.weblamp.net
so you're right our community have a birthday   but I forgot about it, actually I all the time forgot about birthdays and other important happenings, so I have kinda notebook where I keep all the dates... unfortunately I didn't write there exact date when my site appear online.

as for Phoenix it probably was inspired by legends about Phoenix bird... as my first site was closed be F2S server as they stop free hosting services... but I was so exited with webmastering that decide to buy hosting and continue building of my site, and when it comes for choosing nick my best idea was about bird raisen from ashes.
