Passion fruit juice is very nice if you are stuck for choices in the supermarket.

Plums can be very nice but the odd ones are bitter IMHO. Water mellon, again can be very nice but sometimes too watery don't you think?

Don't forget oranges, if they are sweet then they can be so darned great. Then there's grapes. Oh dear, where do I stop? I guess what I am saying that all fruits can taste very very nice as long as you get a good bunch  Grin

I love fruit. I will eat most varieties of fruit. My favorite meal is cheeses and fruit with a nice bottle of white wine.

That sounds good. What kind of cheese and wine? I like California white wine. I guess you are nibbling white cheese too such as?

Well, I usually have a California Chardonnay or German Riesling. They go well with both fruit and cheese. The fruits are usually mellons, pears, apples, grapes (red, white and purple), peaches, kiwi, and pineapple. It really depends on what is in season as well. The cheeses actually vary based on the fruit. The stronger the flavor of  the fruit, the milder the cheese. I like cheddar, various swiss varieties, brie, munster, provolone, various blue cheeses, and then I look around for a cheese I haven't tried before just to add to the dish. I also make sure there are 3 different breads. Usually a sweet bread with raisons, cranberries or other such flavors, a whole grain variety, and then the last is either a cracker or a croissant. The fruit, bread and cheeses are at room tempature. The wine is chilled.

All Right Sis... You've outdone me in the gourmet classification!

I eat most fruits also, in every way possible.   Do love cheese and fruit, often  with crackers, but not a wine drinker, except occasionally.

Hope, have you tried a white Asiago cheese?    Kinda sharp but delicious.

My fav fruits with cheese are apples and grapes and blueberries.   I've cornered the market on blueberries this year and have bunches in freezer for later on.   Yumm!

I've heard about theory which let you estimate female's character according to it's favourite fruit, too bad I can't rememer  fruit's meaning Tongue
as for my favourite fruit I would name mandarin(it's associated with New Year and not only in my mind but some people who lives here as well), I also like grape(whie without bones, it's called kishmish), pear and peach. Ok that's enough I think, as probably because I hungry I can name a lot of fruits at that moment Grin

I would say my fvourite fruit is orange, but that's because of the juice. I also like banana on my breakfast cereal.
