I am so upset right now!  I can't even tell you how ridiculous this is!  A little history:  I had an Enom reseller account.  I changed my brand name and decided to open up a new account and push the domains I had in the first account to the second.  I left one domain with the first one b/c it was the domain I use for my hosting website and controled the IP for my nameserver and I really just didn't want to bother with moving it yet.  At the beginning of the month, I recieved the  email stating that my domain was about to expire.  I went to log into my Enom account with the intention of pushing it over before it expired and it said my account was disabled.  I contacted their "support" for assistance.  The next day I get an email saying that they couldn't help me and that they had forwarded my e-mail to another level of "support".

THREE WEEKS LATER...

My domain expires!!  They never contacted me back, I got busy, next thing you know, my domain expires b/c I didn't have sufficient funds in the 1st account to cover the renewel fees.  If I had been given access back to the account, I could have funded the account or pushed the domain to my other account in which I have the funds available to renew the domain!  I've shot off another email to "support" in hopes of getting it fixed.  Meanwhile, my site is down, I'm losing valuable business, projects I'm in the middle of are at a stand-still and customers are freaking out, my main source of e-mail access is non-usable.

I have back-up contact forms, Gmal, Hotmail, etc but my website is down so only current customers who have those addresses would know how to reach me, no new customers are going to be coming in.  I've resently sent out resumes to multiple companies with the email address from the expired domain and I really need the work and now they can't contact me b/c I didn't put in an alternate email address.  I know that I'm partly to blame but I'm so upset at Enom!!  How could this have happened!  I've been using them for years and at the first sign of trouble, their support fails me!

this is very sad happening, can't imagine how I would feel if be on your place.
Don't give up Jamie, keep on trying to contact with support, as I'm not sure how with Enom but some registrars keep one domain for one month period after expiry and could restore it to you if got explanation of why you let it to expire and pay for renewal.
Wish you luck and hope your site would back online quickl!

Is it possible to register the domain at somewhere like Godaddy.com and initiate a transfer? If you contacted Godaddy support, they may be able to advise. The whois may state you as the owner still. However, enom may have locked the domain so they would have to release it.

Sorry you have this major problem. In this case I would try and use telephone contact rather than email.

Not at the moment b/c Enom has a 30 day grace period after the expiration where only the current owner can re-register the domain but since they've disabled the account, I can't even do that.  I've sent another request to support and if I don't hear something today I'm going to start looking into other options.  Enom has the best features and fee options for my needs but if support can't solve my problem, then they are of no use to me anymore.  Thanks for letting me vent guys, I really needed it.
