as for your thread sorry but isn't related to link exchange so I move it to other board as in "Buy, Sell or Exchange Advertising Space" people could put their offers about links or ad space not the way how to send automatic mails to others...
as for Value Exchange which you mention does it work like Zeus Internet Marketing Robot? http://www.cyber-robotics.com/index.htm if so I actually don't recommend it as in my eyes only a bit better from SPAM bot and in some cases even worse as it’s only purpose is to crawl sites and look for particular keywords and e-mail addresses and later writing to them... I've got plenty mails from such robots lately and actually I rarely was suggested to link to worthily sites... most of sites which I've get letter from wasn't worth to put a link to them... also I believe that if you respect what your work and work of other people and you want to exchange links with someone you should find a time and write some small mail to person with whom you want to exchange links but not give this order to mail robot which free your time but will send dupe mails to the person who actually don't want any link exchange with your site...
If this person should find the time to answer your mail and put link to your site manually then you should find some time and write plain e-mail to this person as well... simple but as I think pretty fair rule...
