One for Carpmad  Wink

Fishermen on the wharf in Noto peninsula Japan. They use the blue plastic thing loaded with shrimp-based bait to lure lots of fish towards the hooks on the line. Then, in the confusion some fish get hooked. The one being held is the unwanted variety that doesn't taste good apparently. Most of the fish were quite small but there is a few big'uns out there that they are all after.

similar method of fishing is used here as well, actually although from what I know it's illegal to have more than one hook on the line.
