Free Viral Traffic Systems

In this thread I plan to show you how to drive free visitor traffic to your site with methods I have found to work well for me.

The #1 way I use is Google but I can't easily explain how I get free traffic from that source and it is not an instant solution for anybody so I only want to cover "Instant Traffic Solutions" here. So if your website has no visitors or very few visitors and you want to get real people eye-balling your website within minutes, this is the thread for you.

I know it sounds crazy, but it is easy to get guaranteed visitors to your site very soon after you follow my instructions.

I don't have time to post every method i use here "instantly" but I will post one sure-fire way that works at the end of this thread 

But first, here is my experience of using this method I am about to post...

I used to surf with Internet Explorer and installed a toolbar called InstantBuzz. This displayed text ads in the toolbar. I don't like to use up my browser window with toolbars but decided to give it a try.

There were alot of viral marketing options with this such as email signature links but I didn't use them. What I did do was copy and paste the html code that displays a small ad box on my site with a referral link embedded in it. Well, to cut a long story short, I got 22 other webmasters joining through my link and  my stats are:

Total Credits Earned*      9271
Freebie Credits Given**    31929
Your Ad Shown***    41200

I would explain what this means but I don't actually fully understand it. All I know is that I blindly pasted a simple ad to the site and made a sale from my affilate link earning around $30 from some random product I chose to test it out with. Many months ago I switched from Internet Explorer to Firefox so I stopped using InstantBuzz. But recently I found they support Firefox so I installed it and checked out my account to get these stats.

Now I am surfing with a small (~7mm deep) bar in my browser to liven up this free traffic stream again.

I got over 40,000 free text ad exposures before with my experiment with poorly crafted ad text.

So if you need some more free traffic, why not give this free effective program a try? ...

Later I will tell you about other "instant traffic generation systems" that you can cut and paste to dramatically boost your visitor traffic.

I am starting to evaluate Free Traffic Exchanges. Today I was testing out Fast Freeway

Using this system I easily got over 100 visits to the page I was targeting. I have seen some people on these forums really struggle to get any traffic so rather than wait forever to be listed in the top 10 of search engine results, this sort of thing could save you alot of pain and suffering maybe?

I am testing these systems with a new site of mine that I haven't aimed at search engines. My aim is to come up with a guide that helps anybody get quick effective traffic to their site for free.

Here is the difference in traffic produced:

As you can see, there is minimal traffic on the day before the test. Then the traffic jumps (thinks??... this could be your site). The interesting thing is that I got more page views than visitors which means people stuck on the site and looked at some other pages. This is suprising since I didn't add any navigation links to other pages on this site (only external links). They must have edited the url to check out the home page I guess?

Can you beat my improvement in traffic for 1 day?  Let's have a small light-hearted competition. Obviously it's too easy to cheat but fun all the same.

I have a little confession to make, I got a random 100 free credits whilst I was surfing.    Lucky me.

Post here your before and after traffic stats. If you are a freebie person I think you can get stats from sitemeter or whatever it's called. Or even install my free php web counter at http://urgentclick.com 10,000+  (maybe even 100's thousand going by the huge daily hits) freebie fans have used this even though it's nowhere near as good as AWstats which I use. Check the resources area in my sig url to help you find the tools used by the pros that retire early like me.

It's really easy to drive at least 100 visitors to your site. Just try and be amazed. Finally, your web stats will show traffic and clock up 1000's per month. You just need the disipline to put the work in on a daily basis for at least 1 month. Then the viral aspect will kick in as you recommend the traffic builder to others and get viral traffic

Now I am trying my "control" page on various traffic exchanges. My aim is to get a feel for how many page views are needed to get clicks. Then I can start to work out a system that will be most effective in promoting sites in this way.

At the moment I am only using the free options which is quite time-consuming but I will probably pay for credits once I have evidence of the effectiveness of this advertizing medium. One site I am using at the moment has an incredible 75:1 credit exchange for banner impressions rather than showing your whole page. I'm tempted by this, but it will mess up my experiment.
