With falling tourism and a difficulty maintaining adequate levels of security. A leaked document recently revealed secret plans to turn central London into a giant theme park. Millions of people regularly gain free access to spectacular views of the famous landmarks of Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, St Pauls Cathedral and countless other major attractions.

Phase I of the plan has already been put in place. The perimiter of the theme park boundary has been set up in the guise of "the congestion zone". This was an experiment to test people's willingness to pay to enter central London by car. Having proved to be a big money spinner, pedestrian controlled access is just around the corner.

Phase II will see the impementation of electronic passes for key workers and a passport or daily ticket entry system being phased in for pedestrians (tourists).

I've heard about fee for automobiles to go to the center and wonder how people who live there like this? As from what I remember fee wasn't that low...
Or maybe folks who live there could afford this or doesn't pay anything?

I don't think anybody likes the congestion charge but they can afford it. Most people that live in London are wealthy  Wink I think the average London home costs around $1million

Also, you can see coins littering the streets ("the streets of London paved with gold") that people threw away. Everybody uses credit cards now so coins can be a nuisance filling up your pockets. There was 1 trillion pounds on credit and store cards last time I heard the stats. Once you fill up one card, you simply get another from another place. There is always some new credit card you can apply for and transfer the balances around.

To pay the credit card bills people simply increase the mortgage on their houses since the house price keeps going up, it is automatically covering all the expenses.
