Certainly, headlines are very important to grab people's attention and get them to at least open your email or read a post 

Here's an old trick to use at the end of an email or article....

Use a p.s. People can't resist reading a p.s.

However such explicit images or words could distract and make the reader
forget your point!!  It's like humor in your article or sales letter, walk real carefully.

The point is that publishing articles gets traffic and
maybe makes you a "guru".
