I like to know about overburn.How can i do overburn. i mean copy above 700 MB in a 700 MB Disk.It is possible.but i dont know how.

Asheef, can you tell what program you're using? Generally you only need to go to configuration options(in Nero I think it's hidden in menu called advanced options or something like this, can't say exactly as I'm on Linux and don't have Nero nearly) and enable overburn. Later you'll simply add more data to project and when it need to be burned program would ask whenever you wish to overburn.
Be aware that different disks capable to overburn different amount of data.

Also you may like to check if your burner utilize Gigarec technology(you should definitely have it if using Plextor burner) which let you to burn significant amounts of data to ususal CD-R disks, you can get idea of how much data could be burned from this table: http://qpxtool.sourceforge.net/glossar.html#gigarec
