I understand the Safari browser is used with MACs

How does a Windows or Linux based web developer check what their site looks like in the Safari browser if they don't know anyone with a MAC?

Try a mac forum. Users in a similar but not direct competitor - development/design. As you probably use different versions of windows/browsers, they're in need of your testing as well.

Maybe, but I already consolidated down to 3 computers? I just need a bigger desk. I will soon have tons of space to play with though. Moving to a big old house with multiple tatami mat sized rooms  Grin

The unit of measurement for homes in Japan is the tatami mat. An average room is 6 tatami mats in size. The new/old house has 8 rooms+Kitchen, hallway and garden. Still tiny compared to American standard homes though I guess  Wink

Please almost all homes are small compared to the American standard, with the exception of some of the other Britsh homes.

I was looking for a home recently. I am not wanting anything too large. In order to buy a home, I would have to go into one of the older areas to find something in the size I am looking for. The new homes around here average 2500 sq ft. What do I need that much space for? I would be happy with something that was about 1200 sq ft. Not too big, not too small and I could still have guests over for a stay.
