About year ago I've bought few ND and Star filters along with Hoya polarizer from http://www.photofilter.com
I've also spot that site recommends lens cleaning liquid called Formula MC: http://www.photofilter.com/formula_mc.htm
And since I wasn't pleased with liquid(and one cleaning pen) which tried before, so I decide to check this one, as it didn't cost much and description sounds promising.
Now after year of use I'd like to confirm that things said there is total truth! It's best cleaning liquid I've tried till that moment. And actually I don't wish to try anything else, as this one do everything I need, I was manage to clean out dirt left from the previous "cleanings" operations. I've tried it both on my camera lens and filters and didn't get disappointed yet  Grin
PS here is the picture of what I've got, it's collection of filters Formula MC bottle and Rodenstock micro fiber cloth which was also bought from PhotoFilter. Rodenstock cloth is much more softer than three previous I had before(one was noname and leave too much particles during cleaning, second from optic shop it didn't leave any particles but was not very soft and other come from www.henrys.com it actually was ok(definitely better than other two) but it still left a bit particles on the lens so you have to remove them with soft brush or by blowing air on the lens after cleaning is finished), Rodenstock seem don't have any of abovementioned problems, so I can recommend it as well(I've already washed it two times and it's not loose it's quality yet.

Alternatively you can buy 1 oz. Formula MC Spray Lens Cleaner or 1 oz. Formula MC Lens Cleaner from Amazon.

Hope this info would be helpful for someone who looking for buying lens cleaning liquid. Good luckin keeping your lens clean! Wink

Just wish to update that I've tried another cleaning pen and have to say that it's completely different from one I've bought in local store(which probably was cheap fake) it's must have tool in photo bag as it make possible to clean up fingertips, different traces on the lens and filters in seconds. This could be very handy in field when you don't have time to use tissue with proper cleaning liquid.
It's really do the magic in removing stains and probably most effective way for removing small spots from lenses. So right now I don't take liquid with myself and use it only at home but I have LensPen always with me and it's just what I was looking for!

Here you can buy Quantaray - Lens Pen Brush
