What sort of comedy do you like ?

Do you like Normal Jokes, Slap-Stick, Rude Jokes or Observational Comedy or something else ?

I'm only asking because i went to see Lee Evans last night and he was fantastic. He mainly talks about real life and the funny stuff that comes from the things he see's in normal every day life. He was on for about 3 hours last night and i can hardly remember anything he talked about. I can remember him saying that nobody who's late for work in London will run for a train any more (it doesn't sound funny when i say it) and he made a few jokes about this wife filling the house up with polished pebbles. I can't remember much more though. Oh and he did a mime act at the end, where he runs around the stage with Queen music playing in the back ground. He was brilliant.

I like (and sadly there is no more live shows) the Two Ronnies...Catweasel.....Maxwell Smart (sadly he also passed away this week) and Till Death Us Do Part......
They are all quite old, but I was reared with them (mostly re-plays) and I absolutely loved them.....

I like dark comedy, observational comedy, and some others... But I don't know how to name them... I'm not much for stand-up, though (Even though I know that stand-up can be a combination of different styles of comedy, I'm just not really interesting in the performance). I've seen a few stand-up comedians I thought were great, but I would never go and watch one... Just when they are on the TV and there's nothing else to see.

I prefer observational and few others which is hard to describe...
Actually it also depend from my humor as well, as when I had bad one, almost nothing could make me smile and when I have good one, even stupid thing could bring some fun... wired, huh?

I would probably like Lee Evans.

My favourites are:
Faulty Towers: Basil Faulty runs a hotel in Torquay and is always messing up and digging himself deeper into a hole. I have seen the episodes so many times now I am finally thowing out the worn out tapes.

Coming to America with Eddie Murphy
Airplane
Ali G
Police Academy
