If you want to make friends, keep fit and have alot of fun. Try badminton!

I do this every week and it is so much fun  Grin

Anyone can play, no matter what shape/size or ability. A great sport to get involved with if you are stuck with ideas as to get out of the house.

Me too. It's really a good over-all exercise for the body!

I don't think it's so good as a means of exercise since it is high-impact on your joints. But it is huge fun.

i used to play badminton when i was at school
but i dont think id last 5mins running around now  Grin but i did enjoy it

I've played it when was a child, but now I've not seen any bandminton table for years(previously they could be found everywere), guess it's lost popularity here...
Some time ago I was going to play tennis on local court but after checking for prices I decide to find something else Smiley One hour cost more than 5USD (which is a lot of money here and not good for my pocket at all).
