Yahoo! has released the beta of their PPC service.

For USD advertisers, it could be attractive if the bid amounts are well below google adwords.

I notice that it's only open to US businesses. I guess this is because nobody outside the US can be bothered with Yahoo! these days? apart from using them for email, stock quotes, weather and Sudoku?  Wink

yes, its just like google adsense.

i wonder who will benifit more from the compitetion between adsense and ypn. who will benifit more - publishers or advertisers Huh?

as far as i know u should receive an invite in order to join yahoo as they don't want a massive sign-up yet. also, this is only limited to the US users, as mentioned above. however, their bids and payout are 3 - 4 times higher than google adsense, which i believe is not bad as i have been using adsense and they not bad at all.

i think once they switch from BETA to a "common" verion, their payment will decrease... it's obvious they do it now to attract new customers and especially to steal google's clients
