What are good types of adverting  , apart from paid   that are available, on the net , that members would consider  and promote  .

Good types of advertisements would include link exchanges (This is something you need to be careful with... There are many link farms and irrevelant linking methods that do more damage than good. I would personally recommend that you only exchange links with sites that are relevant to yours and that you would be happy to partner with), forum signatures, and free advertisement boards and directories. Many forums (Like this one) allow 'free' advertising when a member reaches a certain amount of posts. Posting useful topics or responses in a forum might be worth your time if you are able to get exposure from it.

Another good option is to give a few of your good internet friends that 'wide-eyed puppy look' and see if they will give you free advertisement space on their site.

Yes, royboy, I agree with Tamuri (Rachel), good types of advertising come from being selective with link exchanges, as in this,        http://sue.weblamp.net/  you will see that  links from here http://sue.weblamp.net/links.php  are only to do with topic (Snow Lepoards) just for example.....You need to choose either quality sites, those relevant to your content or something like this forum maybe and make your signature a link etc.....
