The submissions are in! Voting has officially begun and will continue until May 20th, when the winners will be announced.

Purpose of this Contest
Use the 5 random "items" selected by our community (provided below) and combine them into your own creative digital image! The five random items are: Teddy Bear, Cowboy or Cowgirl, Bicycle, Guitar, and Pinnate.

Voting Guidelines
Please choose your favourite design from the above submissions. Review all of the submissions before voting! If you are having a hard time choosing your favourite, you are allowed up to 2 votes. Keep in mind that designs with equal votes will be taken into an additional stage of voting to determine the winner.

Winners will be selected based on votes from members of our community. The designs with the most votes will win 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place. If submissions end up with an equal amount of votes, there will be a re-vote between those two images to determine which one will be selected for the higher prize.

Prizes
Just a refresher, here are the prizes!
1st Prize Winner: $100 gift certificate from Amazon.com. 1st place winner will also be featured on our front page.
2nd Prize Winner: 1 year free hosting kindly offered by www.Envyo.com (100 MB disk space, 5 GB bandwidth, 30 POP3 e-mails, 3 MySQL databases). 2nd place winner will also be featured on our front page.
3rd Prize Winner: Will be featured and recognized on our front page.
Note: All entries will be posted on a seperate contest page once voting is complete.

Good luck to all those who submitted their designs and thanks for participating!

Rachel, thanks for getting these up. There are some great submissions. I can't wait to see who wins and who take credit for each image after the contest.

I really enjoyed viewing all of these submissions. They were all so unique, and some of the ideas were not at all what I was expecting. I look forward to seeing the results as well, I am just having a hard time deciding who to vote for!

Rachel, was this all the submissions? I expected more images. I remember during the banner competition there was more and that is what expected.

Well, I voted. Deciding was not easy but have no doubt as to which I liked best. I was very pleased with the high quality of the submissions.

Yep, these were all the submissions... Apparently several other people were supposed to make images and never got around to it. Denis never submitted one and I was hoping some of the other active members would participate, but I was still pleased with all the nice work.

I didn't submit since it was too hard contest for me Tongue I didn't have any good idea how to make image anyway... Maybe I'll participate in future contests, they could be less skill and talent demanding Wink And yes I'm sorry that few people I've suppose to see didn't have time to accomplish their submissions.

just read that winners would be named on May 20th, I'm going to Yalta for approx 4 days(on 19 or 20, not sure yet), so wouldn't be able to participate in nomination and would send certificates to the winner after my return, sorry for this inconvenience caused by my trip Tongue

I didn't have any good ideas either, this was a hard contest (For me, anyway). I found that several people I invited to participate in the contest were just too busy to make any images. I think it was like this with a lot of people. Anyway, we can all wait a few extra days and I hope you have a nice time next week.

I invited several people to participate, but none had the time either. It seems to be a sign of the times.
