MP3 Dowloads from my site

Hi all anyone know how to set MP3 Music downloads from my site as I have some music demos that I want people to download

can you tell more of what you need, since it's all depends from what you're wishing to get from this.
do you need to give people access to single song or to archive, or it should be open archive available for anyone, and do you need to track each downloaded song or not. tell more and we would be able to give you more ideas how to accomplish this.

TY  Senso just want to make avalable band demos 1 to 6 songs each demo and in a open archive avablie to anyone would like anyone to download the whole demo if possable

if so and you don't need any tracking it should be really easy, just name each song so you can link to it easily from your web page(e.g. give each song a unique number), after this upload them to your hosting to the directory which you're using to upload your pages(you could make separate sub-directory to avoid mess in your working folder), the only thing you need now to make them available for download is place simple reference URL as you do it to link to other sites or to your own pages.
E.g. if you upload songs in the same directory as your index.html reference to file should look something like this:

<a href="http://www.mysite.com/song1.mp3">My Song 1</a>

Just make sure you have the legal rights to provide the downloads. the record industry isn't friendly about downloads.

Thanks for the warning hope but its ok these are demos both from unsigned bands

Good to hear. Some people don't think before they set up downloads. I would hate to see someone getting in trouble just cause they didn't know.
