DonecWeb

« on: March 18, 2005, 07:21:52 AM »

I'm currently living in Texas. I am retired and just enjoying life. I have a website called DonEc Web http://donecweb.cjb.cc/
One of the main reasons I built the site to begin with was to help people develop a presence on the web for free. However, over the years it has morphed into more while keeping the concept of getting on the web for free intact. It consist of over 96 pages and all of it is free and has cost me nothing to make or maintain except my time and ability.

DonEc

PS I am new to forums which is why I replied to hello instead of starting a new topic as I wanted to. Didn't know how until now. Embarrassed

Hey DonEc and welcome to the forums!

I was browsing through your site, you have a lot of stuff to look at! It's great that you are willing to offer these services for free.

I do something similar with my site, http://www.tamurilart.com/
It's a collection of my digital artwork, free web templates, and things of that nature.

Thanks Tamuril, for your kind words. I visited your site and was quite impressed. I loved the quiet simplicity and subtle beauty of your home page. It really is inspiring. Also I read the short statement "About The Artist" and felt a kinship as I am also self taught and the same reasoning caused me to look to digital art. Keep up the great work.
