first of all, thanks to Corrina for inspiring me to create this thread, hope it would become popular and we'll be able to "travel" all around the world by watching photos of our members.
So please if you have some photos please post them here.
Here is few made by me, you can see more pictures of the place I'm living in here: http://www.flcd.net/photo/ (BTW for those who are interested in camera models there are mostly pictures Minolta Dimage F200, some from Minolta Dimage X20 and only few from Mustek MDC3500, you can check camera model and other information in EXIF)

this one was taken on the beach which is about 500 meters away from me.

this one is taken from house of my friends, you can see our trading port on it.

just some sunset near my home Smiley

one of the main streets of our city

all pictures above were taken from this folder: http://www.flcd.net/photo/SunSets-and-Night-Shots/

this one is from last summer vacation, it's a place not far away from the city.

another main street of our city.

ok I have to run now, so probably post more pictures later, and looking forward to see your pictures now Smiley

Your summer vacation spot looks scrumptious! Unfortunately although we have many beautiful bodies of water near Portland, most of them are not clean enough to swim in! Sad

You know Denis, this just means I have to get some batteries for my camera and bring it to work one day so I can show you the area.

please do this, I'm sure that other folks would be interested in your photos as well. Also do you know that constan using of camera doesn't let lubricants on mechanism to dry, which make your camera live longer Wink

I wish I could take the credit for the flowers, but credit belongs to the whole neighbor hood!  Smiley Portland is known for it's abundance of Rhodedendrens and roses.

Hope ,DO get some batteries for that camera! It really makes for a great walking companion! I also took my dog who's not too bad either. Wink

Oh, what gorgeous beautiful photos.  Every one of them....they are so eye-catching...I only have photos (at the moment) of the house I live in.  But have some taken on the way to my house coming back from Sydney by XPT (extremely fast train) just so I could show you different scenery on the way, and I took them through the train window. Roll Eyes Tongue  They are not labelled, I couldn't remember what I was told to do, to label them...please forgive me.     http//:sue.weblamp.net/photos   ....but I am learning everything now gradually, and becoming so so interested in my Minolta Dimage X20 from Europe.  I will move on to night shots, water etc and am looking forward to it all so much......Happy focusing folks! that's ok, it's not your fault anyway. We have some nice photos here and I'm pretty sure that with the time it could grow larger and become more popular

Hi Bestrpobe! it's nice to hear you wish to share some of your photos. As for uploading most of people not upload them since you're limited in the size of picture when you do this but put use image tag, like this but without spaces [ img]http:// URL to your image[ /img] if this not good solution for you than try to look on the bottom of reply form for "Additional Options..." button(it could be found right above Post and Preview buttons) there you'll find two forms fot attaching files including images in JPG and few other formats but they should be less than 80 kbs in size.

BTW maybe you can find more help here http://forum.weblamp.net/Themes/default/help/posting.english.html#bbcref it's told about how to use BB codes.
