How do i find out if a company is 100% legal ?  Sounds legal, has a phone #, adress, fax #, BBB is on their website. But people have been telling me it's a pyramid...what makes a business illegal as in ( Pyramids ).....I dont want to get into anything illegal . Is there a way to check this out over the internet?

I would call the BBB they are listed with and see if they are legit. You could also post the company here and we can look at it. We are not lawyers, but I am sure we could tell if it was a piramid.

A good rule of thumb is if it starts off in Canada then it is likely to be a pyramid in terms of implementation but legally it is an MLM business. My research is based on "Skybiz" which  started in Canada and started selling multiple website hosting packages to the elderly and people without computers. But, that can be a good thing since you can get in on the pre-launch phase positioning yourself at the start of the tidal wave of growth. But you will then need to emigrate after banking all the cash to avoid the feds and mounties. Skybiz Marketing Directors favoured Australia since it was furthest from Canada and prime teritory for launching another "business opp".

I'm not really recommending this form of online business since it is based on greed and is damaging to many people. But if you are ruthless and desperate to make shed loads of fast cash, it has a lot of merit.
