How to update domain info with www.key-systems.net and TuCows

I'm a former customer of Endore.com and with them going out of business I have obviously lost control of my domain name (beans-etc.com).

I tried to regain management of my domain through KeySystems and domaindistcount24, but they emailed me back and told me that my domain was registered through OpenSrs and not them.  I've been told by others that I have to make use of the site: https://manage.opensrs.net/  but. . .what do I do there?  I've logged onto it but I unfortunately don't have any further idea at all of what I'm supposed to do there or what things I need to change to get my domain control back.  Apparently I'm supposed to change or delete or make a new name server or something. . .but I don't understand what I'm supposed to change it to. . .  I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.

(At this time I have not yet found a new host for my webspace.  Will this matter in regards to regaining control of my domain?  Or do I have to buy new webspace before I can do whatever I need to do on the https://manage.opensrs.net/ page?)

Please help.  ^^;
