Directory List

Have just finished up making a new list of directories.

Directories   and a second page Directories 2   Istill want to make a few pages out of these, breaking them down farther, (ie PFI, eMail subissions, industry specific, etc.) but will have to wait for that. There are a few over 160 directories there, that should keep people busy for a while.

Appon doing log files last night, I found something that rathered interested me. Our Directory Submission PDF was our most downloaded file. with a grand total of 38 times in 2 days.

Seems many people didn't know this many directories existed, and I get about an email or 2 a day, asking for us to add their to the list.

sounds promising, by the way what's the main criteria to get into your list should directory have or you accept all kind of directories right now?

As long as its a "viable" directory, we will add. Again I want to categorize them all sometime soon, startying to get confusing about which ones are which.

Try and categorize for PPI, PPC, Human Edited, Javascript Links, Industry Specific, and Regional.

hmm but human edited directory usually contain PPI like Goguides.org or PPC as Gimpsy or Zeal listing...  although I don't have better idea on how to categorize them now...

I guess I mean more general Directories, free listings, and/or reciprocal links.

I agree though it will be hard to categorize them all.

Hey guys, thought I would add a couple new directories to the list.

Frequently Asked info is a new shopping directory. If selling products online, please submit. Also if in shopping specific, can submit to Global info under your location or Point of Presence.


Also The Knowledge Network is a more general directory to submit to.

Both directories are require reciprocal links to be included.

I would appreciate it greatly if you could add WoW Search Engine and Directory to your list. We are just getting rolling this week and it would certainly be helpful. We are a free submission general directory with a focus on small business.

Also have cut this up to 3 pages now, still need to find some time to divid them into categories.

Also have added about 20 more good directories.

Hi - would you mind adding Best of the Web, www.botw.org  to your list?  Presently, we offer only a paid submission, but we are putting the finishing touches on our free submission for non-commercial sites.  The free submit for non-commercial sites should be ready in a matter of days.

Nice lists Spherica.

I have a directory list that contains Free, Non-reciprocal, General directories only. There are 199, and I only added the one's I found simple to use. No logins or anything like that, I don't have time. If you have a directory that fits that criteria I will be more than happy to add it for you, the list gets a lot of visits.

I update this list regularly (usually a few times a month). enjoy
