hey, looking for a code that can make my regular links change color when rolled over.

ok, here it goes. You need to use CSS for doing such effects. In case you're not familliar with CSS, do this:
Somwher between <HEAD></HEAD> tags enter this code:

A:visited     { text-decoration: none; color: #0066f1; }
A:hover       { text-decoration: none; color: #CC3333; }
</STYLE>
</HEAD>
link determine color of all HREF links on your page, Visited is for links which was visited by user, and hover is color which will appear after visitor place cursor over it. So just change this colors to one you like and it will be ready to work.

PS if you have external CSS file just enter this attributes there.
