clear client's browser cache?

I'm planning the project of converting a legacy order-entry program to be browser-based, but I have a basic design question.  After the user submits their order, they have to be prevented from accessing any of the previous pages (now in their cache) that went into creating the order. The only way I can think of to do this is to somehow clear their browser cache after each order.  Is this do-able or not?  Is there a better way?  Thanks.

I've try to remind myself how it was done in PHP for several minutes and finally I've talk to my friend and ask him, after this tornments of my mind was ended since he tell me thing I've try to remind all these time:

header('Pragma: no-cache');

so if you dealing with PHP, you can use this code to avoid pages from caching
