I have one small question. Is it possible to register domain with *.tu?

search with google for something like " .nu domain" or smthg. and you`ll find out

neah it's not possible IMHO * isn't the symbol which permitted to use in the domains, only alpha-numerics characters are available from what I know

Unfourtunately, it is absolutely impossible to use * and similar foreign characters in domain names. To keep along the lines of general DNS specifications the only acceptable characters are digits, letters, and hyphens; And even then you are still limited to 63 characters per domain name.
