Well, it's been talked about all over the net, but it's in the shops on the 7th October.

Nokia N-Gage

A mobile phone that is set to take on the gameboy for handheld games.
I'm not sure how it will do for sales, but i'm sure i'd buy one if i hadn't just upgraded my phone already.

I must be too old to appreciate this. LOL A phone is for talking. Not for playing games. Grin

I would just be happy to have Siemens S55 which posess GPRS and IR port(that's all what I need from phone and which isn't presented in my S35i). as for games on mobile I should argue with Heidi, since I and my girl like to play some games when someone of us is busy (e.g. when I was prepearing wood for barbeque and she was sitting and play mineswapper Grin ) so games on mobile isn't so bad thing.

I prefer games on a handheld game system (Gameboy Advance). The over-all visual quality and the sounds effects are of such a higher quality I could never stand to play on a mobile phone.

The reason I know this is because I have both... And the mobile phone can't even compare in quality.

You've got an N-Gage ?
What's it like ?

I've got a Nokia 3650 on Vodafone and it's great for the video and photos, but the colour games aren't that good. I've got Splinter Cell, Fifa football, Checkers & Slot Machine to play on it. All java games.

The games on the N-Gage should be better from what i've seen.
