I am still looking for some real options to provide ecommerce on our sites, www.webworldindex.com and www.proudlycanadian.net
If you know of any business that would work on our sites and there is a chance of good money being made please let me know by this forum or by private message.

hmm, did you try AdSence or try to sell advertisment directly from your site? since I'm using AdSence for Pharos-Search and it work pretty well for me, and soon I plan to sell adspace as well.

adsence is doing quite well for me but when do they pay??? Haven't got a payment yet and we have been with them from the start.

Ideas on how to make the website pay.  I guess there could be confusion re: ecommerce since some think that is the ability to accept credit cards.

   The best way I think is google adsense for online earning.Its reliable and good for your site and If any body know any other affiliate program from which we earn money and that program is reliable so plz tell.

Hmm, I still am a bit confused by dmcgill's request. If you have Adsense on your site and got conversions then it should pay like $100 or so a month depending on traffic.

If you need to make circa $1000 per day then you need to sell your own products and have an affiliate army selling your stuff or you gamble on making PPC work for you promoting dodgy offers to gullible consumers such as ring tones to teens where the parents pick up the bill. Be creative!

To get more traffic there are tons of ways openly posted on the web. If you need 1 million visitors real fast, copy Godaddy.com and run a super bowl Ad, otherwise get your URL posted to as many sites as possible related to your niche.

Just some ideas to get you started.
